Like any place, it depends on the people. The agent and VP I work with here are both great. They are a 'one stop shop' for everything you need to purchase a home so that makes everything very easy.
Untrustworthy, goes back on their word. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was bidding on a property with another bidder. After given the opportunity to place our final and best offer, my offer was accepted pending some updates to paperwork and sending the earnest money check. The very next day, they reached out to the other party and accepted their revised offer after the final best offer they initially gave. Very unprofessional. Goes back on their word. Never work with them EVER!!!
