When I first started coming here I thought they seemed nice enough. They've since held prescriptions hostage without telling me until I went through their circus to find out why and found out they need to see me to get a refill on a routine prescription I've been taking for 15 years. When I asked why they never called to tell me that in the first place they essentially told me no one ever asked. Trying to get a hold of an actual medical professional is also literally impossible.
