One of the must beautiful moment that I can picture in my life, is the one moment coming back from school or work , getting from the kitchen door and see my mom making food for the ones she love. At Fonda la Catrina where I’m lucky to be the Chef teach my comrades to be ready prepping cleaning, dicing, cooking and slicing for dose that come to feast from love , we wait for YOU!
The wait time is LONG and that’s my only challenge. Did I wait? Of course and the reward is fantastic food. I didn’t mind paying “more” for seating and service because this is a restaurant. I had the Tostada with Cocinita and I enjoyed it with a glass of IPA.
We could tell this was a great place when we walked up. It was packed and lively. The food and service was fantastic. We were going somewhere else when we found this restaurant and decided to check it out. We were so glad we did.
Cerviche and Sangria, perfect summertime lunch!!!

I love all the food, everything on the menu is authentic, delicious and good quality. The service is excellent every time I go there and it doesn’t matter if I sit at the bar or dinning room, is always great 👍🏽 thank you for making my experience buenisima every time
