Check in staff are great. Having any type of surgery is stressful, but the nurses and other staff make it their mission to make you feel comfortable and explain each step of your surgical procedure. They are great and doing IVs too
The team there is very cohesive and kind. Great group. I’ve had three surgeries there and my son had one yesterday. Dr Daniel Anderson has such great bed side manner which is rare for a surgeon! Angie Mortensen is the sweetest nurse ever!!
This was by far the best experience of surgery ever! I have delt with Kaiser who 'fixed' my broken arm 3 times and did not succeed. It has been 13months (insurance change) and constant pain. Today I was treated so well, anxiety about anesthesia that Dr. Young addressed,(Oh, by the way, I did not get sick�) the pre op nurse Katherine, who was patient, kind and I felt nothing but reassured, Cindy my OR nurse, I know was great (but don't remember much�) Loni my post op who I kept calling her another name, didn't care what I cal... read more
I love this place. I’ve had several bladder surgeries here and they are always so attentive and personable. 😊
Everyone in the team was excellent at what they do and showed utmost care for me. Answered all my questions at that time. Very trustworthy
