Went there and talked to Mac Brennen a salesmen about a used Ford Focus. When we inspected the car it had a few dents and a six inch circle in the door that had been repainted, he spent a solid few minutes pretending he couldn't see the obvious damage. When we decided to talk to them about buying the car he lied and told us they had spent a thousand dollars on tires when it had the cheapest tires imaginable on the vehicle. On June 29th my fiancé and I went to Folsom Lake and purchased our first vehicle together . We got a brand new 2015 Toyota Camry SE and we absolutely love it ! We received great service while we were there. we didn't feel any pressure when choosing what we wanted to do. Our salesman Ralph was really helpful and answered all the questions we asked . I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Camry, after my vehicle was totaled in an accident. Been a client for almost 5 years at their service center, car was damaged this past weekend and they denied any wrong doing. I am very disappointed on how they have responded so far, this includes in-person and on the phone. I have talked to the assistant managers, and the service manager and I was told they would assess the damage and my insurance can pay for it.
