Super disappointed in the service I have received today at #FolsomLakeToyotaService. I was told when I checked in my appointment would only take a "couple hours". I'm still here 4 hours later! Nobody's been able to give updates when asked. Pricing was different than quoted when I checked in. Overall bad experience and will definitely look into using a different location next time! The only thing good was the shuttle driver.
