Folks were considerate. Check-in was fine. Main complaint is that it should not take 3 hours for service on a car with 2000 miles on it. With a reservation how about 20 minutes. Not sure we'll go back.

I have been going to Folsom Lake Toyota since 1994. They have perfect score with me. 10. Courteous, and careful with my cars. I have bought 5 cars from them and and I am very happy with their service. I will buy more Toyotas and I am sure that Folsom Lake Toyota keep my cars in perfect working order. I like the folks in the service department. They are competent in their job. Always diagnose the few problem I have had correctly and the first time. I am glad I am a customer of Folsom Lake toyotae.

Good service. However, the check-in and check out process could use some improvement in my opinion. When checking in, it doesn’t appear they do a good job of knowing the order cars arrive. Also, if you have a Prius, it seems you have to wait for the Prius advisor to check you in??? When picking up your car, you go to the desk of the advisor. If the advisor is not there, then what?
