The first sales person I worked with, Carl Spargo, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn't there the day I came back so I was assigned to work with John Co. Wow, what a difference. Not only did John not know anything about the car, he seemed to not be interested in finding out more about it (he didn't think about looking up information on his phone if he couldn't answer a question). Excellent customer service while one waits. Great waiting area with plenty of comfortable chairs. Service representative always attentive and good at explaining what was done.
Once I found the correct entrance, I was greeted and served at every step by Matt Johnson in a friendly, professional manner and waited in a spacious, clean room while they did it. Very happy that I can drive this next year with no worries!!
