Lack of professionalism in the mechanics (Austin Alameda). Friend brought it in for a simple oil change. Got her car posted on his social media talking down about her car.
Why cant I just bring in my car and not have a mechanic (Austin Alameda) talk shit? LOL. Next time just tell me in person so I don’t come back to this location.
Took my toyota in for the airbag recall . I would of gave Folsom Lake 5 stars if it wasnt for the 4 hour wait. Service adviser Josh was verry nice and kept me informed that the service dept was behind. I would recommend Josh as a service advisor
What a shitty place to bring your car. Never in my life have I ever seen anyone talk shit about a car that’s brought in. It’s truly disgusting (Austin alameda). I guess some places just don’t have classy workers. Mechanics get paid to do jobs not run their mouths. It’s a fucking oil change. Not a motor swap or anything crazy. Seems to me like Folsom Toyota has lazy workers. Get you act together toyota
Great service was in and out within an hour will be going back again
Took the Sienna in today and got a alignment and done in a timely manner and some other warranty work always will drive the extra mile to have them service my Sienna
