My experience with Folsom Lake Toyota was awesome! My service writer was a really great guy named Brad, and he informed me of each & every little detail that was going on. He was very upfront and very pleasant to work with. Next time I bring my car in I will definitely ask for him again!

The service center is awesome. The staff is really polite and knowledgeable and my service was completed faster than they said it would take, so I was pleasantly surprised. The waiting area has a separate quiet room away from the TV and traffic to/from the complimentary coffee machine and snack area, which is nice too.
RecommendedI have always gone to Folsom Toyota. Yesterday my panel lights went on. Tech something. Called, went in the next am. David McCann was the asst, manager that helped me. It was a easy fix and I was happy with the outcome. !! Jill Dalton
