Honest, family owned business, always great experience. Can not believe anyone would expect any business to pay retail prices for their used laptops, but I guess it takes all kinds!

I literally just left Folmar's and experienced horrible customer service. My friend and I walked into the jewelry area to check out their selection. The staff member was currently working with someone else (the customer was signing papers). Being big on customer service, personally, I would have stated, "Hello. Welcome to Folmar's. I'll be right with you." However, we weren't acknowledged at all. I got over that.
