RecommendedGreat selection of items. Excellent staff very friendly. I've witnessed several staff do all they can to help customers that are behind on loan payments. They work with you instead of trying to take your item a d sell it for a prifit soon as they can like most pawn shops. The prices are really reasonable. Both locations on Monroe and Capital Circle are the best in Tallahassee.

Came in to look at a few guns, and was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Whittnie and Daisy were extremely helpful and made my experience phenomenal. Will be coming back soon!
my boss and I went in on monday morning we were in the store 15 min no good morning no hello we stood at weapon display for assistance 5to8 min employees walked all around, we left store it was like we were never their sad prices were high on most stuff their loss never go back monroe store or what they call new store

terrible and unprofessional service. i ordered a ps4 pro from them and a day or so later i was secretly refunded without my knowing. shortly after i messaged them they "shipped" my order and recharged me...no less no more. i have yet receive my order and they kept me on hold for 40 mins plus. just terrible service.

Experienced and professional staff, very fair. The place to go if your looking for a firearm. Great selection of used guns and they will order you any gun as well!
