Went to court with you guys back in November of 2014. The judge stated to us both that I had to pay you the money for the day in the house after the beginning of the month. That came up to less then our security deposit. The judge stated that I would get my security deposit back. I called and emailed you multiple times after that hearing and you've didn't respond. Your offices are fake and vacant. Now I have a $6000 Dept on my credit report that keeps me from getting a new home from you guys. I want to know why and where did... read more
They don't keep their... -Records Up-to-Date" -Can't fix broken items in a timely manner. My situation is, Myself and Wife got a divorce in Mar of 2014, lease expired in either May or June. Ex-Wife Signed a new lease with them and later on in either July or Aug she was evicted from the place. In Oct of 2015 Folkerson had put a "Eviction" on my credit and was advised that I owe money. I don't owe them anything, when Folkerson served my Ex with court papers they had the old lease and not the new one with only her name. The cas... read more
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Folkerson evicted my two young kids and myself when I was 6 month pregnant because I did want I was suppose to do. The day I signed my lease I have him on video asking what I need to do to add my fiancé/ kids father to the lease because he was in a different state. He told me to write a letter and he has never seen anyone get rejected, there isn't a issue with thag. The same day I turned the letter into the office. I wish there is a Zero or negative rating for Folerson Property Management. I never knew there is a place like this about this property management, would never have tried renting from them. I searched for an apartment near fort hood and it popped out. I struggled before I had the place. Every communication was through email they never answer phone or call back. The first day I had the place, the carpet was very dirty, some outlets were not working and the top toilet was choked. I complained about it and the man threatened to... read more

These people are absolutely horrible and will lie straight to your face. My wife and I wanted them to hold a property but when it was all said and done they just took our deposit and try to say we didn't show up to sign a lease, when in reality we were never contacted to sign a lease. And their answering service really blows as well because apparently they are not getting their messages. Or so they say. Dnt rent from these people save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.
