I feel compelled to respond as the seller of the property Joleen referenced in this review. I worked closely with Emily Foht throughout this transaction and can confidently say that Joleen’s review is misleading and unfair to Emily. First, regarding the price — I was the one who insisted on selling at $175,000. Emily simply communicated my position.
