I feel compelled to respond as the seller of the property Joleen referenced in this review. I worked closely with Emily Foht throughout this transaction and can confidently say that Joleen’s review is misleading and unfair to Emily. While she was generally nice enough, I encountered serious issues while working with her that ultimately cost me $5,800. as well as misinformation that has effectively cost me time and money. She acted as a dual agent in my transaction, representing both me and the seller. While I understand there are complexities to dual agency.
