You would think that tenants with excellent track records of consistent timely payment, no excessive maintenance requests, and no destroyed property would at minimum, be given the courtesy of consistent, transparent communication. Due to supply chains issues and delivery delays of required parts, the repair did take longer than normal. The air was repaired on June 28th and ****************** was given a credit for the inconvenience.
