So, I was one of the first people to move into building 1 back in Oct 2023. The place was run smoothly when issues arise, they were taken care of in a timely manner. However, since going through a few new owners the customer service (all ladies in office) as well as the well keeping of the property have gone down tremendously. When asking the ladies in office questions they act like they don't know what you're talking about or if it's too due will billing issues they always referee you to a third party. I was a tenant at Sandstone Creek Apartments in *************, ******. During my tenancy, I experienced multiple serious habitability failures that were never corrected despite repeated written notices.The HVAC system in my unit was more than 26 years old, leaking refrigerant, and unable to maintain safe indoor temperatures. Licensed **** inspection confirmed it needed full replacement. ******! RUN DO NOT make Encore Apartments your new home.I was one of the first ******* to move into Building #3 on July 28, 2023, when the community was brand new. At first, everything looked beautiful and management was responsive. But without warning, management changed to Fogelman Properties and thats when everything went downhill. If youre considering moving to Lakeland Town Square Apartments, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.This complex lacks integrity and basic amenities that should be standard in a so-called luxury apartment. There are no elevators, no pantry, and no garbage disposal. The walls are thin, and noise from neighbors is a frequent issuesomething even my children have noticed.I asked to renew my lease at the rate of $1,580, which was publicly listed on their website. I have mold in a apartment that I rent, I couldn't get management to test for mold. I purchased the kits to test myself, the kits are showing bacteria that is mold. I have since emailed property management with the test kit. I haven't gotten any response.

As a long-term resident of The ******* at ************, I was recently treated unfairly. After moving to a new unit within the complex, I was not notified that my auto-pay was disconnected. This, coupled with a billing discrepancy I was inquiring about, led to a missed rent payment. Despite my explanation and history with the community, I was charged a hefty late fee. I lived in ******************************* apartments for 3 years. In January of 2024, my shower had started to peel along with the tile grout chipping and the faucet was no longer attached to the wall. Meaning they used appliance paint to cover the tub and shower tiles prior to me originally moving in. I also noticed that I had started to have black mold in my vents, toilets and shower. This management company is the worst I've ever dealt with. ********* APT is full of moldy units. Property is ran down to the ground and they half fix the issues. Water is off atleast once a week. It was time to renew my lease and found mold in my unit. They gave me an option to switch units. I selected a new unit and the mold was 10x's worst in the new unit along with a sinking floor.
