The office is great and has all the up to date technology that makes getting your eyes check so much easier and comfortable. The staff is amazing, very friendly and ready to help with anything you may need. The doctor is great, she took her time with us and answered all our questions with great detail. We never felt like they were trying to sell us any unnecessary things.
from the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the receptionist Jennifer. As she worked with me on scheduling an appointment she patiently answered all of my questions. When the optometrist, Dr Thames called me back she noticed I was nervous as I had never experienced a vision appointment before. I was blown away by the way she handled me with "kid gloves" while simultaneously maintaining the utmost profesionalism. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end.
Love! Love! Love this place!!! Who says that about their eye doctor?! 🙋🏼♀️ Dr. Thames uses new technology- no more dilation or the puffy thing in the eye AND she takes the time to explain our overall eye health! There is a great selection of frames...can’t wait to get my new Kate Spade’s! Thank you Focus!!!
