I brought in some glasses ordered online to be adjusted and the technician ruined the lenses of my brand-new glasses. (As a result of heating frames to adjust, the lens coating was crackled) The doctor then directed me to a sign indicating that frame adjustments are at the customer's risk and told me there was nothing they could do. I had hoped this office might be a great option for a new eye doctor closer to home, but not now. Hopefully the technician will not make that mistake again.
