This is one of the worst property companies out there. The bought the house I have been living in last November from my previous land lord. They have treated me with so much disrespect it is not funny. They re did the hardwood floors in the unit below me did not open windows to vent the fumes from the hardwood floor varnish did not notify me that they were doing it so i could turn off my furnace that night it kicked on and blew the fume into my apartment lucky i was home and awake at the time to turn it off quickly enough be... read more

copy and pasting from my google review August Ridge: Been here two years, finally getting out. Drugs were being used in the hallway a few months ago and they would not allow law enforcement onto the property at August Ridge to remove the stuff the abuser left in the hallways. - I got a call back from law enforcement stating that is why they couldn't show up. Focus is a terrible managment we had heat out and no hot water for 3 days they hung up on us calling we are elderly, my stove needs to be fixed for over a month now still no return calls,who is the real owners so I can let them know Focus needs to be replaced with a company that cares. Now they want to raise the rents $100 more a month. I want to give them a negative 0

Absolutely terrible communication - their motto is "how can we improve your life today" - maybe try by actually communicating with your current residents and following through on things. They are so shady.
