My experience at Focus Nails was AMAZING!! Luna gave me the BEST pedicure that I’ve had in years and Cindy did an excellent job on my full set and eyebrows!! I have found my new nail shop!!
Love this salon! Don is my man! He is great. I get the gel nails. They last so long and never lift.
I’m extremely disappointed. The guy that did my nails seems like it was his first day, which is fine but he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. The manager kept coming over and looking at his work but never stepped in or corrected him. My nails look horrible. I didn’t have the heart to tell him because he was so nervous the entire time. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get them repaired. Will never go back to focus nails again. Should have just asked for a refund.
Took advantaged of a non English speaking woman and charged her more then they told her. Didn’t say the price before hand charged her $200 plus a $20 tip for her nails for nails and toe set. Talked to past customers and they said it was $140 just for them. This management is unprofessional. Don’t go here if you don’t know English well. They will take advantage of you. Don and Cindy did her nails and toes.
