Gel Polish - i did not have a good experience. They offered water, and didn't ever give me water. Then my tech messed up my nails multiple times and had to get a supervisor to fix them which were just a gel polish. They didn't do the typical wash your hands after filing, and they didn't put on the cuticle oil when you're done either. I've also always had nail salons apply lotion at the end and they didn't do that. I'll definitley not be back.

I have been going to Focus Nails for almost 5 years. I see Jenny. Her and her staff are friendly and outgoing. Always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customers. In today’s world, that is hard to find. You can’t beat the service at Focus Nails! I would recommend them anytime!

Poor customer service. I needed 1 nail fixed & they open at 9:30 yet only have 1 person working. 2ppl already waiting for their 9:30appt and I was told I'd have to wait for a fix. I've already paid my $50 for a not-so-great dip nail job w/a new (slow) gal 10 days ago. I've been there 5 times and had Christina (who left) 3x and never had a break or other issue - nails lasted 3 weeks. I had another gal after that & nails were also great. This last visit was not the case and now I can't even get one fixed due to poor workmanshi... read more
