Knowledgable, prompt and efficient. Was without a doubt the best choice. Installed excellent equipment at the best price. Made sure the equipment was the best choice for the size and nomenclature of our house. Installed the equipment when they said they would and in the time period they had planned. Focus knows customer service!
This was an unbelievably great experience. Just as I had clicked on the Focus Heating & Construction information page, my phone rang and it was Jason! He was friendly and professional so I went with him. He came the next morning and fixed my A/C in no time, presenting me with a most reasonable bill.
