The tech Brett was very quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem. He even saved us about $150.00 when he shopped around for the furnace part. He was very resspectful and knowledgeable and gave us some tips to help with the furnace. He suggested that Focus Heating has a preventive maintenance program and he explained what that included. He was very nice and thoughtful. They were four hours late for the appointment but I think it was due to the fact it was the Friday before Christmas weekend and they were swamped with serv... read more
Jason was extremely helpful and very nice during the estimate. His installers were very fast and super nice. Made sure everything was sealed and insulated. Highly recommend this business!
Jason and is staff were great. On time, friendly. The only problem we had was, neither repair person wore any type of shoe covering especially at this time year and the weather.
Jason came to our house on a Saturday (told me ahead of time what the charge would be), ordered the part Monday and our furnace was fixed Tuesday. He seemed very knowledgeable and actually mentioned something about our furnace that no other contractor had. Very pleased with Focus Heating.

Jason of Focus goes the extra mile- altho' he was not able to find a heat pump that would work with our high pressure furnace, he researched it thoroughly so we know what type of custom system we have and what to expect. He will be servicing the system and goes in our phone book permanently.
