I have no idea why I waited so long to join this fitness facility. I am addicted. These instructors are phenominal. They bring out something in you that makes you dig deeper in yourself to not only encourage you to reach your goals but make you a stronger and better person. I have never been so dedicated and determined to be my best both physically and mentally!!
Thanks to Abby for making me feel welcome. I am so glad I started back. Took Zumba toning tonight. My legs and arms feel like mush! Lol! Great workout, great people!
