Instructors as well as everyone in the classes are super nice! There isn't a such thing as a stupid question at all. They are there to help you! The workouts are awesome... fun, yet truly a workout!!! I love it!!!! �
I attended my first ever hot yoga class 6 weeks ago and Autumn had me hooked from the beginning when she talked about self-love and everyone being on their own journey. She is amazing! I have since attended other fitness classes and love the vibe every time I enter the building. It's a place of love, acceptance and encouragement. This is the first time I want to work out and it's not something on the list that I have to do! THANK YOU!
I love love love yoga since going to Focused Fitness these past three years. Autumn Dobrin challenges me like no other and provides new information and support to help in the journey of our own individual practice. She's awesome.
Everyone is super friendly (staff and others who are working out) Zumba is my favorite class but I love trying out new ones as well :) Keep up the good work girls!
