My initial meeting with Dr. Josh at Focus Chiropractic was extremely helpful, as it provided me some relief of pain I had been dealing with. Dr. Josh was a great communicator and talked me through everything he was doing. He truly understands the body and how it works.
This was my first initial visit with Dr. Josh. I cannot express how much I loved it. He was so gentle and informative. We talked about health history and why I reached out. I left with the reassurance that in time I will feel better and back to normal exercise. He gave me some exercises and stretches to do at home. I’m looking forward to my future with Dr. Josh as my chiropractor.
