While I can't speak on the company as a whole, I was beyond disappointed with their service in Denver CO. We had a resident transitioning home from a skilled nursing facility, and it was nothing short of a terrible process. There are certain things that all transition companies assist with that we have had no problem with over the last 3 years of being here in Colorado, sending residents to their new homes. Focus Care is a wonderful company to work for. The business is continuously growing allowing for growth in development for employees looking to excel. There is a great level of support considering we have a large number of employees working remote the community is always there. I have made some life long friends and gained so much work life enrichment through my career with Focus care.
They are all so nice and respectful! It's almost weird because the culture of the company is very employee centric. They care about how you feel and if your happy, and let you set your own pace with essentially no pressure. They also focus on being ethical and compassionate with their clients. 10/10 would recommend!
