I have nothing but great things to say about everyone I've encountered at Focus C3. Timely, efficient, therapeutic, empathetic, easy to communicate with, easy to schedule, 10/10 would recommend!
I used to receive medication management services at Focus C3. Things were tolerable until my provider left—at which point Focus C3 decided that responding to former clients was optional and that basic professionalism was, apparently, a mood-based service. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them to obtain my records for new providers. No response. No help. No acknowledgment.
