Took our 5th wheel in for regular maintenance. First time there and we were very pleased. They explained everything they were going to do and how much it would cost so there would be no surprises. The best part was it was ready for us to pick up on the day they said it would be. Definitely would recommend them and go there again!
It was unfortunate to read all of the bad reviews from people's prior experiences because my husband and I just had a great experience there and would encourage others to shop there as well! We worked with Alex. He was great! Very friendly and helpful. We had looked at many different dealerships and were disgusted at how dirty their campers were. Good experience... start to finish.
Not a fan! Bought a new Jayco 28' travel tailer last year, recalled it, for needing all new led lights, hauled it back and they changed it all (supposedly) we stored it for the winter (had people sleep in it one weekend last year) Opened it up and the light in the bathroom doesn't work, simple fix, need a new light with 3 screws and it will work again. If I could give this place a zero, I would. All they want is your purchase. After that, you are on your own. Such poor customer service, and even worse is their service department! This place is definitely 2 to 3 hunndred dollars cheaper than everyone else. Please believe me when I say," Don't buy from here"!!!! This place is really a bad choice all the way around! What an absolute dissapointment. We traded in our camper and purchased a brand new one; while we love our new camper, I would never recommend you buy from this dealer. The salesman we worked with, Travis, lacked any sort of attention to detail, had terrible communication skills, and refused to give us our financing information for almost two weeks.
