Shout out to Travis and Mitch who saved our girl's weekend in Michigan. Ran into trouble with our camper lights, 5 miles away from Wagners. They got us in right away and within a half hour we were back on the road. Thank you Wagners!!!

Worst customer service ever. Took our camper in for a quote for repairs on July 5th. Never heard back with an estimate. Called on July 21st and was told by the service manager that he would call on Monday July 23rd with the estimate. Never received a call. Called on July 26th and told the receptionist "Jill" that I no longer wanted the quote and how disappointed I was and didnt even get an apology. I know where NOT to go for my next camper.
This is our 2nd camper from FMB Trailer Sales. We have had issues with our current camper and FMB has been very helpful with getting repairs done. Al has pulled all the strings he has to track down the cause of our issues and get them repaired. The service department has been very accommodating as far as getting the work done in a timely manner so we do not miss out on valuable camping weekends. Hopefully Jayco pulls thru with covering the repairs that needed to be done and hold up their end of keeping their customers happy.... read more
We live full-time in our converted bus. When our refrigerator stopped working, we needed to get it looked at asap. Brad took our call yesterday and told us to come in this morning. We were in and out of there in about an hour. Thanks for the fast and courteous service Wagner’s! A special thank you to Ted, service manager, for taking the time to diagnose and fix our problem quickly!
Avoid this place and the junk keystones they sell. Terrible customer service. Once they get your sale they could care less. I have a 2 year old camper with leaks soft spots in the floor and multiple other issues and they tell me it’s because lack of maintenance.

So far so good on service and warranty work(Jayco 5th wheel) Took their time in finding the valve closing problem(black tank) and sticky slide but the Techs stuck with it and cleared up both issues. (wish I could talk with Techs during the early stages of detection instead of just the service writer). They did find a problem with brakes while doing a wheel bearing repack and fixed that too. Maybe 4 stars, but still waiting to see if repairs hold up.
Bought my camper from Wagner's. Got a great deal. Had a service issue that was taken care of immediately. Brad from service constantly kept in touch with me and the service tech was polite and professional. At this point I would recommend them.
