RecommendedGreat service, friendly people.
Would not recommend this dealer or Jayco for that matter. Love our camper but have an obvious manufacturer error with the recliners. The foot rest pads were never centered when the seats were built, now the corners of the foot rest and the sides of the chairs are worn thru to the wood. The rv is under warranty but the wear isnt sufficient to be covered??? How much more worn does it need to be. Piss poor service and absolute crap treatment from the dealership and Jayco.
I traded my 2005 Cherokee for a 2007. Wanted a little bigger. There was water damage to side and floor, which Alex assured me was now fixed. Nothing else was listed on inspection report. I made the deal knowing I could replace the floor. Wagners RV has absolutely terrible service. They do not return calls, they do not respond to emails. Last fall I had water overflow in the tub of my camper on a permanent site. I called the insurance company right away. Being I bought the camper at Wagners, we decided to call them for the estimate. It took me a month of calling and emailing to actually get through to someone to ask for the estimate. It was probably another month to actually get the estimate back.
