We recently traded in our 5th wheel for a travel trailer. We couldn't be more happy with the travel trailer we purchased. The salesman helped us find what we were looking for and the service department was great to work with for going thru the initial walk thru. High recommend FMB!
Having purchased 3 campers from FMB I enjoy dealing with them. Inquiring into our needs to get the correct unit and not trying to over-sell something we didn't need. We drove 5 hours to look at a 5th wheel camper. We ended up walking away from the sale. The customer service was great over the phone, but once we got there the trailer was in very rough shape. The salesman wasn't honest with us over the phone about this and then he was defensive with us when we asked why we weren't told about all the issues. This place is a fricken joke! We're from northern Minnesota and called to ask for details about if there's any damage thats happened to the camper and we're blatantly lied to about 15+ items and not to mention, leaking! The ceiling was completely soft in 2 whole sections while the sales person Cliff just kept saying "well I don't know what everyone considers to be nice or needing fixed!"
