Communication was good. I got a fair deal on the vehicle I purchased. That said, several details listed and discussed during negotiations, including features listed on the vehicle, were false or misleading and the vehicle had to be repaired before I would buy it (based on an independent vehicle inspection - FM Jones claimed the vehicle was in great shape), so pay attention to the details and do your research.
