Dr.Shettino is very friendly and took time to answer all the questions. Major concern is their appointments are very badly managed. Minimum of 60 minutes wait time every visit before seeing the doctor
Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution
They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back.
