This was my first class. I am in Atlanta traveling on business and had to find a place to get my spin on! I couldn’t have found a better place! Alicia Steele is a fantastic instructor! Energy, personality and she takes no prisoners! She is thereto kick butt! Loved it!
Great way to start the day. Multiple locations if you travel. Buckhead is my favorite.
Arms & abs barre class with Elaine was surprisingly challenging. Perfect for upper body toning/burning/sculpting. I hope to come back stronger, and eventually be able to finish every set of the workout with decent form.
