The staff is awful. I was 12 minutes late to appointment and was told I had to reschedule. Even after I called to say I would be ten minutes late because I had car trouble. I was told on the phone no problem. Really 12 minutes late....I have waited longer on the doctor, my time is important too. Don’t waste your time at this office.

I absolutely love Flynn dental! Dr. Carbello and her staff are wonderful very friendly and make you feel and home and comfortable. I was there today and have been there several times in the past two monthes to have dental work done and they always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy ! thank you Dr. Carbello and her staff for being Awesome!!!!! :)
Business office does not obtain pre-authorized with insurance company. I was told a pre authorization was received and given the amount owed by me after insurance. Agreed and I had the procedure. Weeks later I receive a bill from Flynn . for over a thousand dollars. When I contacted my insurance, no pre authorization was requested by Flynn. I would have chosen a cheaper dentist if I was informed that I would be paying 1600.0 Shady way to grab business Flynn, Fellow patients beware, get your numbers in writing!

What an amazingly pleasant experience! From the moment we walked in for our first appointment to our follow up appointment, it has been nothing short of amazing. The staff at this office are gems! Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Had a root canal and didn’t feel anything. The whole procedure was explained step by step. I will be going back and becoming a long term client!!!
