I'm a small contractor in Memphis, TN and we were contacted in June of 2022 by Phillip Rivera of Flynn Construction to perform some electrical work at a commercial property. We rearrange our schedule to meet their requests and successfully resolved the issue they had. I have sent multiple invoices and statements via email and USPS mail over the past two years.
