I'm a cargo pilot out of Michigan. We were headed to Shelby to drop some cargo and I remarked to my copilot that I'd like to find some Carolina bbq. The Flying Pig was literally just down the road from the airport. Best Carolina bbq I've had so far! And I've had a lot. Super friendly, great service and excellent smokey flavor!
Loved the smoked brisket...short drive from the airport amazing spot.
