We eat at The Flying Pig every week. Their food is delicious and very fresh. Their brisket is wonderful. Their burgers use fresh beef. You cannot go wrong with any of their menu items!
Super Rude waitress who rolled her eyes and informed us that they were about to close in 20 mins and acted like our business was not wanted or needed.
Always a good meal with quick and friendly service!!
Went in at lunchtime there was a pretty good crowd but we were able to find a table. I had the beef brisket sandwich with red slaw and onion rings. Out of this world good..... Great smoke flavor meat was tender, bbq sauce was good right amount of heat and sweet. Ate here years ago and it was good and yesterday's return visit didn't disappoint.
Very good BBQ. Still my favorite is bridges
