My experience has been great, from touring to signing the lease. Linda made it super easy and convenient. The community is beautiful and has a lot you can do with the little ones. Multiple playgrounds, basketball court, walking trails etc. Pool passes and cable included.
I have lived here since May (7 months now) and have loved living here. None of my utilities are crazy expensive either. Service electric cable is included for free, but then I pay for the WiFi. I like the area I live in on the grounds, no golf carts in site. It’s a quiet area. Linda the property manager (I think) has been helpful on numerous occasions and so are the maintenance guys!
What happened to travelle Martin at flying hills apartments
I very much enjoy living in Deerfield Village. Properties are well maintained. Repair/maintenance requests are followed through in a timely manner. Location is excellent and within easy distance to shopping, banking, etc.
I cannot say enough good things about flying hills! Linda in the office is so kind, the day time maintenance crew is so helpful, even the emergency maintenance people are wonderful! If you are looking for a gorgeous wooded area that is quiet this is the place for you!
