as cross posted with other reviews, this place does nothing to help their residents or the surrounding neighbors. tree branches have fallen down onto homeowners cars and their responses are "this was a one-off event. if it happens again please let us know". then when something else happens, the insurance refuses to provide coverage. there are multiple empty apartments and i sure know why. one resident had their HVAC air conditioner replaced and they vented all of the r22 instead of capturing it like the Clean Air Act EPA req... read more
I am extremely disappointed with my experience living in Flying hills The management and staff have a horrible attitude and are super rude whenever I approach them with concerns. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and make me feel like my issues are unimportant. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it significantly impacts the quality of living here. I strongly advise potential renters/ buyers to look elsewhere.
