Went with my wife and our friend to celebrate as a late B-Day present, the DJ was horrible, the drinks tasted like watered down kool-aid with c-teir alcohol in it, and even though we arrived an hour before the kitchen closed they refused to let us order food, which was the only reason we came to this crappy hole in the wall, and on the way out some wanna be rocker cat-called my wife on his way in and the guy at the door just said "boys will be boys" and refused to let me re-enter to tell the kid to sod off. Hands down, this is the best happy hour in Tampa. Fly is the best place to grab a delicious glass of cinnamon laden sangria or, on Mondays, a half-priced bottle of wine, before heading to the Straz Center for a show. The bar food is amazing. Order the Panko-encrusted goat cheese w/marinara, the fish tacos, the hummus plate, the sliders, the fries and the nachos!! All are so yummy!
