This was a great little gym! Joined here while I was working on the pipeline. Couldn't ask for a better gym or staff! I would definately recommend this one!
I joined about 6 weeks ago and what Kim has done with me is nothing short of a miracle! The environment is amazing...uplifting and empowering. Everyone is welcome...regardless of your stage of fitness. The price is way better than the other local options and it is open 24/7. They have everything you would want in a gym... cardio/strength equipment/classes/personal training/everything!
