This gym and Kim Steckman really impressed me. I have belong to a few gyms in my old age, and this one tops the list. Kim's work out on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 PM, is one of the best workouts I've ever had! It is a total, and complete, full body workout in one hour, which feels like 20 minutes. But you will definitely feel the benefits. I will be attending this gym regularly as my schedule permits. It is a little far out of my way, but is very much worth the drive!
