Flux and Stone is my jewelry store of choice in Victoria for so many reasons. There are affordable, quality items and higher end items mixed in with vintage finds and an opportunity to make something unique for yourself. Mira was so helpful in finding hoops for me and we had so much fun trying on the most glamourous rings. Could not recommend this store enough :)
