Flux and Stone did an absolutely incredible job designing and making me and my now husband’s engagement ring and weddings bands. We were last minute planners and the staff were able to accommodate our dream and put our vision to life in a less than ideal time line (sorry!!!). I bought an engagement ring for my fiance and initially had decent service. The staff I interacted with didn't seem to have much knowledge on stones, etc. so I asked for a certificate for the details for the stone, which they said they could provide. I asked three separate times, never had a follow up and never received it. I was told upon purchase that it was a size 5 but it ended up being a size 6. flux and stone has friendly customer service, but it is frustrating that repair costs aren’t communicated. When I’ve called to ask if something could be fixed, I’ve always been told, “Of course, just bring it in.” No one mentioned there would be additional charges until I arrived or while the service was being done. I had a permanent bracelet put on, and the employee rushed through the appointment and refused to size it to me correctly.. absolutely lovely visit, the sales lady who took care of us got us the perfect permanent bracelets in record time! she was so nice and even ran after us when we forgot a bag behind. If you’re looking for a fun friendly and beautiful experience i’d go here!
