Service and quality has drastically changed over the years. The Cupcakes just aren't fresh anymore. It seems like maybe they are storing them in a manner that dries them out... not sure but I've been a patron for 12 years and the last 2 years , the Cupcakes have been dry or not as fresh and this is eating them same day purchased. Very disappointing.
Yesterday was my birthday as I was celebrating in downtown Dallas.we stumbled across this cute little bakery. It was completely empty on a Friday afternoon. Upon walking in the only employee in this location or what seemed like the only employee was in the refrigerator area and not behind the register which is weird but not uncommon.
