Prior to taking my lawn mower to Floyd's this time they did a good job and treated me right. However, when I took my lawn mower to them last summer that was not the case. They informed me that it would be two or three months before I would get it back. Also, what they charged me was ridiculously high (over $100.00). Brought a mower in for repair. They gave it a look, gave me a rough time frame. Few days later they called me with the estimate and then finished the job in the time frame. Staff was friendly. Price was good. All in all a great experience.
