I went in asking for a skin fade. I didn't feel like driving all the way to Phoenix to my regular barber and I paid the price. This barber by the name Kevin told he knew how to do a fade..: omg... I could swear had to be his first time!! My regular barber does a perfect skin fade in less then 20m! This guy Kevin legit took him 1 hour and still the end result was garbage. He made the fade super high when specifically I asked him to start low. Stay away from this place or you will regret it deeply as I am!

I've been going to the Woburn MA Floyd's for at least a year, and, thanks to Natalie, the Store Manager, I'm a loyal customer. She is the absolute best. Next, I want to give a huge shout out to Kaitrin, my preferred stylist, who handles my difficult hair with ease. These two make Floyd's the ONLY place I will go to try to make my ugly mug look the best it can.
What a joke! I went in today looking for a shave and a haircut. The lady at the front desk told me that they didn't have a barber there to do the shave and that I could come back at 6:00... I was in there at 2:30! The "manager" guy came up and was super rude. I tried explaining that I was pissed that on their website it lists thier services and that walk-ins are welcome, but yet when I walked in the services were not availible. His answer? i love their choice of music, their services and their place. Neda and Crystal are my stylist and they are very accomodating (not to mention hot and sexy). i love how they do my hairstyle and i never missed a month and will always be one of their avid customer, keep up the good work guys.
