Slow service. Cartersville medical center is faster then these people. Been here two hours these people are slow

Had to visit today for minor illness with myself and infant son. We were in and out in less than and hour and a half including filling out new patient paperwork. The staff was kind and patient with my fussy child and the doctor was very friendly and had great bedside manner.

It was a very long wait. Not even that busy but we was in there for over 3 hours.

I've been to this urgent care several times over the past few years and have always been treated in a way that I have been happy with. Sometimes they do run slow but that happens, and I'm always ok with waiting because I know I will be taken care of.

Due to high identify theft I do not give out my ss#. The manager at the urgent states they would not see my 6yr who had been sick for 5 days if I did not provide it. When I explained the history as to why she said (with attitude) I could speak w/ the primary office if I wanted to but they required it. By law I do not and I told them. She was rude (clearly having a bad day) and insisted they wouldn't treat my child without it. Trust me if go somewhere else if they took my insurance.

I was diagnosed with the flu. I was not told which type or even given tammaflu even though it had not been 48 hours yet. I ended up at my regular dr the next week with the flu again. Just a different strain. So then I was prescribed tammaflu to help me through that round. Maybe if I would have been given tammaflu th ed first week and told something other th as n congratulations you have the flu I might not have caught another strain the next week
