Be faster, been here over 3 dang hours. This is ridiculous. My son is hungry and he can't eat cuz we have been here over 3 dang hours. I will never come back

It blows my mind that this place has the same name as Floyd Hospital. The ER physicians are horrible. When I come to urgent care I get professional courtesy, caring people- I mean from walking in the door to walking out the door. Three years ago I would not have said this but whatever you have done at this facility keep it up and please teach it to others. The staff is amazing and I want to thank you all for the smiles and great atmosphere even at the end of a long day!!!!
The doctors and staff at this location are all incredibly professional, polite, and genuinely care about your recovery. The quality of the people staffed at the Cartersville location create such a soothing and friendly atmosphere that you'll forget it's a medical facility during your visit. 10/10 Highly recommend
My doctor left the practice and instead of transferring me to a new doctor they said I was now a new patient again. Told me to wait till the other doctor comes in and they will ask if they will see me. No thanks....
I came in today after seeing my primary care doctor on Friday for a suspected case of shingles. I called my primary care again this morning and was unable to get in even though my symptoms have progressed. I then decided to go to Floyd urgent care and was seen, Diagnosed and out the door with a prescription within an hour. Everyone was friendly from start to finish.
I have never seen an Anti-Antibotic Facility like this one. Doesn't matter what doctor is working they have strict orders to only give an antibiotic for like 2 or 3 reasons. You would think it is a narcotic. Wellcare in Acworth is where you will find better urgent care.
The staff are always very pleasant. In and out quickly as usual.
