Very friendly and helpful staff. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, when I'm sure they were all about ready to go home, but you would never know it. They treated us great, and did a thorough test for my son who was feverish. Thank you so much!

Don't go here or take your family here. Last night they refused to treat my husband (we figured it was the flu or strep). They said his oxygen levels were low, but they weren't. Completely in normal range. We spent 6 hours at the ER so these people didn't have to do their job (my husband has a sinus infection btw). What they did was pure laziness, in medicine you are to treat the patient and not the numbers, my husbands lips weren't remotely blue and he wasn't having any difficult breathing. My husband just tried to receive treatment at your urgent care office in Cartersville. He was injured off the job, but because he showed up wearing a work t-shirt, your office declined to see him unless we agreed to pay cash. They refused to run it under our insurance. They accused him a lying about were the injury occurred and felt that it should be filed under workers comp. My husband is a self employed landscaper. My wife was in severe pain from a toe injury and we came to this facility because it was close and not many people were there. The wait to be triaged and for a room was 2 hours. Then another 20 minutes before the 1st person came in the room. Then it was the radiology technologists. Then another 30 to 45 minutes after that before the doctor came in and examed her. It would not have been so bad for us but we saw on the sign in sheet out front how many patients were in front of us.
